Getting started with Dynamic Postural Health is an easy as 1 … 2 … 3

Follow this path towards increased vitality and greater function.

Instead of being pulled down, reorganize into increasingly higher potential for quality movement and balance.

Learn to use gravity and pressure as it travels throughout the body in building bone and joint health — instead of gravity using you.

It’s also a novel approach for practitioners of Pilates, Yoga, Martial Arts, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Bodyworkers and, yes, Feldenkrais Practitioners too.

Growing sensorial awareness while exploring novel, funtion-rich patterns yields extraordinary results.

Bones for Life is one of the safest and easiest movement protocols for those who are recovering from injury, inactive, or wanting to age better.

Even if you have taken or trained in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, or Rehab Medicine, you will find that the use of the brain/body connection in Bones for Life is ADVANCED.

Improve the WAY you move to build a healthier body– allowing you to do everything you seek to accomplish.

“I had a severe injury that wasn’t healing. When I started bouncing on heels, (a BFL exercise) I learned just a little tap was extremely helpful! I could do that while brushing my teeth or drying myself off in the shower. It made such a difference doing bouncing on heels in the morning and in the evening. If it sounds like I’m a believer, it’s because I am a believer.”

“I’ve been in the field of health and wellness for over 47 years. I’m not easily impressed. I've also had a lot of accidents and injuries. Now I have young grandchildren and I want to do things with them. Even as a Feldenkrais practitioner and Physical Therapist, there's always the fear of falling. I feel like Bones for Life has freed me from that fear.

When I'm running with either my new little puppy dog or my grandson, I'm feeling every bit of how my foot is on the ground. It's so practical. A lot of my fear of falling has decreased."

“When my classes are over and we come to stand, I watch people wipe off their mats, go get their phone and their shoes or go to the dressing room. It's almost like I can see their old habits creep in.

With Bones for Life, I’m not seeing that. I see something different: a posture that is muscular, that is held. It’s sustained, not spontaneous uprightness that quickly goes back to the old slouch.”
