Awaken new possibilities quickly by moving slowly, through unique novel movements to feel and move better yourself!
“I felt as if someone had lifted invisible sandbags from my shoulders and hips that I felt that I could dispose of my entire drawer of prescriptions given to me by pain management. New goal is to do just that! Thank you to all the instructors and organizers.”

Join us for one or two (you choose) Awareness Through Movement® lessons each day in this 5-day challenge, where you can explore the power of the Feldenkrais Method® – and the capacity of your own mind-body connection to bring about health, ease and new potential.
You’ll also enjoy access to the Somatic Wisdom, the daily discussion group where you’ll connect with other professionals, learn about Feldenkrais principles and pick up fresh angles related to that day’s lessons.
This event will equip you to help yourself and your clients activate their best self.
Incorporating somatics has become increasingly popular for good reason: it can create the pivotal difference in client outcomes. This 5-day challenge is the perfect opportunity for you to get a taste of Feldenkrais® with room for you to create a deep personal experience that can be used in ANY field.
Busy? No problem – choose the lesson that is most applicable to your situation. You’ll also have access to 24 hour replays.
Each day, we will explore a classic Feldenkrais® lesson theme but taught in two ways:
It’s a fabulous opportunity to see how a lesson theme can be adapted to different needs and audiences.
5 Days: 10 Awareness Through Movement Lessons for just $27!
We’ll explore two graded Awareness Through Movement lessons from a classic Feldenkrais theme each day. These ten lessons can make a wonderful difference in the quality of breath, healthy posture, reduction in neck and back and other musculoskeletal pain, anxiety, stress and improved function.
Health and wellness professionals tell us that a somatic education lens is invaluable in their practice!
We’ll help you experience the POWER in moving slowly with attention, POTENTIAL in
exploring brain-stimulating movement sequences with a light, PLAYFUL attitude.
It’ll make all the difference to movement, life, and well-being, and open your experience to what is possible for you or those clients that haven’t make the progress you hoped for them.
Possibilities that you or they’ve almost given up on: ones that seem elusive, too-good-to-be-true, like some kind of pipe dream?
You’ll find the proof in our 5-Day Awareness Through Movement Challenge!
You need quick results, quality results with your clients.
Most of your clients fall in a bell curve where you accomplish that.
But what about those who fall out of the bell curve?
Experience for yourself how going slow can truly be the new fast in helping those who don’t respond to the typical therapeutic models.
Our verbally guided explorations will help you stay in your own experience.
Because remember: we are each a unique person with a unique history and unique hopes.
In the Feldenkrais Method®, we encourage each student to stay within their own comfort range instead of trying to do something that “everyone else” is doing.
We have lessons for people who work with those in pain or who have injuries that don’t resolve – just hang on!
We have lessons for the adventurous.
We have lessons for everyone: from beginners in Awareness Through Movement all the way to the most experienced.
The two lessons each day will allow you to choose the level most suitable for your own journey, and for what you will find most useful in your practice.
It’s all happening this May 6 – 10, 2023!
